This inspection deal also includes all stickers. Car must pass PA state inspection & emissions test in order to receive stickers. Any necessary repairs needed to pass inspection are additional. Pass or Fail. Certificate not valid for purchase of gift cards. Merchant will abide by gift certificate state laws. No cash or credit back. Each certificate must be used in one visit. Not valid on tax or gratuity. Limit one certificate per visit. Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other certificate, coupon, special or promotion.
