Established in 2011, Ignite Bistro offers fresh, locally sourced, sustainable dishes at friendly prices. They feature an extensive menu filled with unique specialty items from their natural wood-burning oven, made from quality ingredients including farm fresh chicken and range-fed beef. They have a full bar with a good selection of beer, wine and spirits, Happy Hour everyday from 3pm - 6:30pm Mon-Fri: 11:30am - 9pm; Sat & Sun 10am - 9pm, plus an outdoor patio with live music and brunch on Sundays. Ignite is open seven days a week.
