The Alexander family was born and raised in Memphis, TN eating and cooking Memphis-style BBQ for over 35+ years. Memphis is known for it's World Championship BBQ--especially for their "dry rub" baby back ribs, BBQ nachos, pulled pork, and BBQ pizza! After moving to Pittsburgh in 2009, The Alexander family realized how much they missed that Memphis BBQ flavor and had to share their "love" of Memphis BBQ with their new friends in Pennsylvania. After 8 years of living in the cold and snow (squirrelling away the smoked ribs and pulled pork for the winter time) their family decided to move to warmer weather and closer to our extended family.
