Franz's Tavern & Restaurant is a local chef owned and operated business. Although Chef Todd Kenee has a degree from Johnson & Wales University and has an amazing natural talent for cooking, the food he serves is comforting, exciting, well-balanced and filled with his love of cooking. Proud to call themselves a neighborhood dive with "Cold beer and ....pretty good food" - although the recent remodel makes the dive hard to believe.
